We are open 24 hours a day.
Are you attended?
We are attended Monday-Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have a parking lot.
Are you air conditioned?
Yes, we are air conditioned.
Do you sell soap?
We have a soap vending machine.
Do you take quarters?
We are a hybrid store. You can use quarters or you can download the app for your phone and use your debit or credit card.
Do you have large machines?
We have machines as large as 60 pounds which is the equivalent of six top loaders.
Wash & Fold Questions
When can I drop off my wash and fold?
We are attended from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday-Saturday, so anytime during those hours.
How long to get back my wash and fold?
Your wash and fold will be done the next day. We will text you when it's ready.
Will you hang up my shirts?
Of course. We take all kinds of special requests and we do not charge extra for hangers.
Is there an extra charge for larger items?
Yes, things like comforters are priced by the piece not the pound.
Pickup & Delivery Questions
What days do you pickup/deliver?
We do laundry pickup/delivery on Mondays and Thursdays.
When will my clothes be returned?
We will return your clothes the following delivery day. Pickup on Monday, deliver on Thursday. Pickup on Thursday, deliver on Monday.
What if I can't be home during the delivery?
Just tell us where we should leave your clothing, such as, on the front porch, behind the gate or with the apartment manager.
Can I give you special instructions?
Absolutely! Just let us know what they are when you schedule your pickup.
